Children of God

Note: This is a legacy blog post; photos are not available

So I copped out and titled this post after a Third Day song, but you know what, it nails it.  While on the trip I gathered some photos of the kids that I'd like to share.  There are more, but I didn't want to flood the blog.  Though I also wish I had taken more, never can have enough pictures.  I did all my deep writing on my prior post, so if you didn't read that: stop reading now and go read it!!  It is more important than what is here.  Not that you seeing these kids isn't important, reading about how God worked in the trip definitely surpasses this.  After reading that post, enjoy this one.  Take note of the beautiful faces of these children and notice that they are kids like the ones you know here in America.  The only difference is, these kids wouldn't be loved like those that you know, if it wasn't for Rachel and Forget Me Not Ministries.  These kids are ones taken care of during the day by Forget Me Not.  There are hundreds of gypsy kids in the village, I personally didn't take photos of them.  Being able to bring back my camera was an important factor, which led to it not making it into the village.  I somewhat regret that decision.  If there is a next time I visit Tinca (which I really really hope there is), it's coming with me for sure.  I'm not putting the photos in a slideshow so that they will be bigger.  Yes you have to scroll...get over it.  After seeing the first few, I don't think you'll mind.
